Air Freight

Hello this is HANA Express.

The following is our detail for air shipments to Australia:

At the end of the address, please write your name and Australian contact number; due to privacy laws in Korea, your details may be omitted if indicated on the recipient name.

If a Korean number is required when sending the parcel, please use this number: 070-7517-8341

Our current delivery fee is $21/kg – PLEASE NOTE: if the volume weight is bigger than the net weight, the delivery fee will be calculated via its volume weight.
Checking volume weight: (width x length x height) c m of wrapped box / 6000

Sea freight

For Sea Freights, please write your contact details (Recipient name, contact number, Australian address) on the box as well.

We also have a restriction for boxes over 20kg – this is to ensure our workers’ safety and for a safer arrival of parcels.

Parcels that include wooden materials require a separate sanitization; please send us an email regarding these products before the parcels are sent to our warehouse.

For any enquiries about other items that are not listed above, please send us an email before sending out your parcel.

Our current delivery fee is as follows:

Sea Freight: Minimum size 48 x 38 x 34 – $70 per box. For any box bigger than the minimum size, please send us the dimensions + weight and we will provide you with an estimated quote.

Our current delivery schedule:

Sea freight: Deadline for sea frieghts is on the 4th week of every month, but due to the limitations of vessels and containers, these dates can be changed. If you’d like to know more, please contact us. Once departed, it will take approximately 40~50 days. Once it arrives to our warehouse, you will receive a notification for delivery arrangements as soon as it is ready for dispatch.
